Payments for website design projects are made to us in increments as a courtesy to the client. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project is cancelled or postponed, all monies paid are retained by Map-IT Inc. and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client. All Setup fees are nonrefundable as it is applied to costs immediately incurred by Map-IT Inc. in initiating services.
If customer signed up under a monthly service plan with a trial period on the first month, client will be charge the regular monthly fee after the promo period ends. Customer can cancel their monthly subscription anytime by submitting cancellation request to email@example.com or calling our hotline 1-800-929-6163, 9am – 5pm EST.
Website Hosting Payments for past months of web hosting are non-refundable. Hosting accounts are set up at the time of order and are allotted a specific amount of server resources, according to the plan purchased. If client did not make use of the account, payment for services is still due. Hosting accounts are not canceled until notice is received from the client in writing, or until 15 days after due date of payment not received. If client paid for hosting account for 6 or 12 months ahead and cancels service before plan expiration date, a refund may be given for the months not yet elapsed. If client received free products and/or services with their hosting plan purchase, the value of the free services will be deducted from the refund amount.
Client will not be entitled to a pro-rated refund. All accounts are cancelled as soon as the client submits the account cancellation request, at which time all remaining files in Client’s account will be deleted. Client is responsible to remove all personal files from the server prior to the cancellation request. Map-IT Inc. will not be held responsible for any files deleted by Map-IT Inc. on that day. The cancellation procedure is subject to change without notice. Cancellations must be requested by sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling our hotline 1-800-929-6163
Map-It Inc. reserves the right disable and/or terminate a user’s account if a user is found in violation of the terms. Accounts terminated due to policy violations will not be refunded.
For one-time payment plan, the customer can provide his own hosting details. We will upload the website files to the customer’s own server and hosting service. The client is solely responsible for the files stored on and served by the hosting service. Once we have moved the site after the client’s approval to the client’s hosting server, we are not responsible for any errors or corrections. The client must test it properly before approval. The customer must maintain the security of the account passwords since we no longer have access to it and it’s beyond our control.

Payments for any online marketing services are nonrefundable, and Map-It Inc. do not issue pro rata refunds for fees paid in advance. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable.
